I have been a Charter Clinical Member of the Association For Contextual Behavioral Science since 2006. Why? Because I feel Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) has a lot to offer people in living a more meaningful life and taking action toward what's important. I am also a Certified Constructive Living (CL) instructor. CL is an integration of two Japanese psychotherapies, Morita and Naikan. I see little difference between the "action aspect" (Morita Therapy) of CL and ACT. Below you will find resources, to include videos, that offer you an ACT and CL perspective on living a meaningful life. I have also included videos that are ACT-like, such as Alan Watts, which you will find is a nice accompaniment to the "Values vs. Goals" video by Russ Harris. You will also find a PDF file on "Naikan" Therapy by Greg Krech.
